About Bubbl
Came for the event.Stayed for the Bubbl.
We connect travelers heading to the same social gathering so they can meet each other and stay together. That shared experience—we call it a co-stay.
Where this starts
Nobody set out to make travel lonely.
You already know what good travel feels like. You felt it before you were old enough to book a hotel room.

The trips we remember
Slumber parties as kids. Summer camp. University halls. The family summer cabin where everyone piled in. The ski chalet. The backpacking trip. The connection was organized by the occasion, and you staying in the same place, with your people experiencing the same thing together.
It wasn't just the daytime that bonded you. It was the laughs in the kitchen at midnight, the lazy shared breakfasts the next morning, and the fact that the days wore you all out equally, so you all piled in after dinner to watch a movie together.

Then you grew up. And travel became a hotel room with a closed door and no social permission to make friends where you stay. You're surrounded by people there for the same conference or the same festival. Like minded people who could introduce you to your future husband or be your next business deal. But you'll never know, because you will never end up meeting.
The hotel didn't cause the isolation. The industry did. But society changes, and sometimes things like this don't catch up. There wasn't a real alternative to bring back the good ol' days until now.
That's why co-stays exist—to bring people back together.
Why co-staying matters
The best things happen on day three.
We believe the magic of travel isn't the event; it's what happens after. It's the unplanned dinners, the late-night conversations, the ride home together.
That repeated, unstructured time is where strangers become trusted friends, where serendipity happens, where communities form. This is why we exist: to create the conditions for day three to happen for everyone.

The category
Co-stays are not new.
Being able to book one is.
People have always stayed together around a reason—ski trips, festivals, conferences, celebrations. What was missing was a way to organize those stays around the people and purpose that brought everyone together.
That's what a co-stay is: accommodation built around connection, not just rooms.

Our story
Hayley MelidonisFounder and CEO
Hayley has spent 15 years building technology, media and travel ventures across four continents. For eight years, she ran group ski house stays in Palisades Tahoe, where members kept choosing community over hotels.
Bubbls are pop-up groups formed around shared interests, events and destinations. Bubbl provides the safe meeting place and tools to organize them.

Bubbl started as a simple idea: what if the stay itself became the connector?
What we value
Five things every Bubblr has in common.
We've noticed these five things in every great co-stay. They're not a personality type, more like qualities you probably already have in you.
Your glass is full
You travel expecting something good to happen. You choose the experience over the transaction, and you would rather do the interesting thing than the safe one. Doors open, never close.
You leave room for serendipity
The best thing that happens on any trip is the thing nobody planned. The person you did not expect to meet. The conversation that changed something. You do not over-engineer the magic, you make space for it.
You are fun, and you are not reckless
Up for the late one. Cheeky, never childish. You take other people's safety as seriously as your own good time, and you do not think those two things are in tension.
You show up as yourself
Real name, real profile, real intentions. You do not perform, and you do not need anyone else to. Trust runs both ways and you hold up your end of it without being asked.
You add to the room
You cook something, pour something, introduce two people who should know each other. The community works because everyone contributes, and you were never going to be the one who did not.
In their words
Not everyone remembers the room. They always remember the people.
Lonely Airbnb and hotel stays have nothing on Bubbl. Being matched with other CEOs and creatives added value and made my stay in Austin ever more productive and memorable.
Raymond St MartinSXSW, AustinStaying in a Bubbl was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. As a solo founder it's a great way to meet other founders at tech conferences and build real connections. It takes the stress away from finding accommodation as well.
